Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your gear. If you are not, then we will take care of you, under the following conditions.
- If you feel like you product is defective, let us know. If we agree, we will replace it for you at no charge.
- All non-custom products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be in new, unused, clean condition and must contain all original packaging.
- Products sold as inventory reduction, final clearance or blem’s are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns. Since these are usually very limited quantity, we will do our best to exchange for size if possible, but it is not guaranteed.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us for returns and exchanges. We will pay for shipping to you on exchanges.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Products approved for return originally shipped with Free Shipping will be refunded in full, minus a $5 fee for shipping on the original order.
